Sometimes that might mean telling you something you don’t want to hear; but my job is to tell it to you straight so that you can achieve the outcomes you desire.

Getting the best market price for your home will be heavily influenced by your list price, the condition of the property and the marketing of the property. A property that has been well prepared i.e., it is in good condition and is priced right and has been marketed through all the available channels will sell.
