Lake Anne
Townhomes are located at Chimney House, Inlet Court, Lakeside, Waterview, and Washington Plaza, and single-family homes on its Northern and Southern shores. Lake Anne is the historic “heart and soul” of Reston. This area is a prime example of a walkable community. Lake Anne consists of condos at Washington and Lake Anne Plaza, Heron House, and Lakeview.

Lake Audubon
Lake Audubon has attractive landscapes that make recreational activities, even more, enjoyable. Established in 1979 and about 44 acres, its shores have condos, townhomes, patio homes, and single-family homes ranging from affordable housing to luxury properties.
Some of the communities include Brenton Cove Towns, Beacon Hill Patios and Towns, Nantucket Condos, Dockside Condos, Lake Audubon Towns, Mallards Landing Towns, Audubon Terrace Towns, Wharf Towns, Cabots Point Towns, South Bay Patios, and Cedar Cove Towns.

Lake Thoreau
Lake Thoreau is a quieter area of Reston that really takes advantage of the tranquil atmosphere. Lake Thoreau hosts almost a dozen Reston neighborhoods. Condos are located in the Harbor Point community near the South Lakes Shopping Center.
Townhomes are located South and North of the lake in the Lakewinds, Walden, Chadds Ford, Westcove, Harbor Point, and Winterport Clusters. Single-family homes are located on the Western end and North side of Lake Thoreau.

Lake Newport
Lake Newport is just north of the Reston Town Center, adjacent to Baron Cameron Park. Lake Newport is a 12-acre, man-made lake built in 1981 and has some of Reston’s most luxurious neighborhoods.
Town and Patio homes can be found at Hemingway while large, luxurious single-family homes are located in the Newport, Greenwich Point, BelCastle, Newport Shores, and Newport Cove neighborhoods.
